Tuesdays (apart from 2nd Tuesday each month), 7:30pm - 8:45pm


Led by Dr Liz Sparkes

Develop your meditation practice. Each week we practice meditations to ease the mind and body, release emotion, increase awareness and intuition, and compassion. Everyone welcome. Come as often as you like.

8th August 10am - 3pm £50pp Intention setting and releasing what you no longer need

- fire pit & intention setting - drumming

- meditation (earth connection and releasing what no longer serves you)

22nd August 10am -2pm £40pp Retreat to the woods - easing mind and body and connecting with nature

- earth connection meditation

- heart connection meditation

- intuitive meditation

Meditation, healing and Dru Yoga Retreat

July 16-18 th (5pm - 3pm)

Venue; Holycombe Retreat, Whichford, Shipston on Stour

Treat yourself to a deeper experience of meditation and Dru yoga. This weekend will explore easing the mind and body, opening awareness, drumming meditation and insight practices. This retreat will support you to release what you no longer need, and to move forward within yourself. Accommodation and vegetarian/vegan meals are included.

Shared or single rooms available (prices starting at £330)

Day rate also available.
